- Go to Wallet → Withdraw.
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
- Choose the correct network (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20).
- Enter the recipient wallet address.
- Specify the amount to withdraw.
- Enter your Fund Password and 2FA code.
- Confirm the withdrawal.
On Mobile App
- Open the AIA Exchange app.
- Tap Wallet → Withdraw.
- Select the crypto and network.
- Enter the withdrawal address and amount.
- Enter your Fund Password and 2FA code.
- Confirm the transaction.
Withdraw Fiat
- Go to Wallet → Withdraw → Fiat.
- Select your currency and payment method.
- Enter your bank account or payment details.
- Specify the withdrawal amount.
- Confirm with Fund Password and 2FA.
