Recommended security measures

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

On Web:

• Log in to aianalysis.exchange.
• Go to Security Settings under your profile menu.
• Select Enable 2FA and follow the steps to link your Google Authenticator or Authy app.

On Mobile:

• Open the AIA Exchange app.
• Go to Settings → Security.
• Enable 2FA and scan the QR code using your authenticator app.

Use a strong and unique password

• Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid reusing passwords across platforms.

Set up a Fund Password

• Add an extra layer of protection for withdrawals and trading.
• This can be done in Security Settings under Fund Password.

Monitor account activity

• Check your Login History regularly in Security Settings.
• Immediately log out from unknown devices.

Beware of phishing

• Always verify you are on the official domain: aianalysis.exchange.
• Never share your password, 2FA codes, or recovery keys.
