Before you begin
- Have an email address you can access.
- Valid ID will be needed later for KYC (passport, national ID or driver’s licence).
- For fastest setup, keep your phone handy for 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Create your account
On Web
- Go to aianalysis.exchange and click Sign up.
- Enter your email address and create a strong password (12+ characters, mix of letters, numbers, symbols).
- Read and accept the Terms and click Create account.
On Mobile
- Download AIA Exchange from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app → Create account.
- Enter your email and new password, then continue.
Tip: Use a password manager and avoid reusing passwords.
Verify your email
- Check your inbox for “Verify your email” from AIA Exchange.
- Click the Verify button (or paste the code in the app if prompted).
- You’ll be returned to the Exchange and signed in.
If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk or click Resend on the sign-in page after 60 seconds.
Secure your account (2FA)
- In the top-right menu, open Settings → Security.
- Choose Authenticator App (recommended) and scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar.
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe (offline).
Why 2FA? It prevents sign-ins without your one-time code, even if someone learns your password.
Complete basic profile (optional now, required for trading limits)
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Enter your name and residential address.
- You can start exploring the Exchange now; full trading/fiat features will require KYC (see “Complete KYC” guide).
What’s next?
- Complete KYC to unlock fiat deposits/withdrawals and higher limits.
- Deposit crypto or fiat to start trading.
- Turn on extra security: withdrawal allow-list and device approvals.
Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive the verification email
- Check Spam/Junk and filters.
- Ensure your email is spelled correctly.
- Click Resend or wait 60 seconds.
- If your corporate email blocks it, try a personal mailbox.
My password isn’t accepted
- Minimum length/format not met.
- Try the Show eye icon to confirm typing.
- Reset it via Forgot password if needed.
Authenticator code keeps failing
- Ensure your phone time is set to Automatic.
- Re-scan the QR code or add the key manually.
- Use a backup code if you’re locked out.
