What is a Fund Password?
A Fund Password is a secondary password used to confirm sensitive actions like withdrawals, P2P trades, and certain security changes. It helps protect your funds even if your account password is compromised.
How to set up a Fund Password
On Web:
- Log in to aianalysis.exchange.
- Go to your profile menu and select Security Settings.
- Find Fund Password and click Set Up.
- Enter your desired password (must be different from your account password).
- Confirm the password and complete security verification (email, SMS, or 2FA).
On Mobile App:
- Open the AIA Exchange app.
- Go to Settings → Security.
- Tap Set Fund Password.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, and verify via email, SMS, or 2FA.
How to change your Fund Password?
On Web:
- Log in and go to Security Settings.
- Click Change Fund Password.
- Enter your old fund password, then your new one twice.
- Complete security verification to save changes.
On Mobile App:
- Open the app and go to Settings → Security.
- Tap Change Fund Password.
- Enter old password, set new password, and confirm.
- Verify via email, SMS, or 2FA.
Security tips
- Make it different from your login password.
- Use a unique password with letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Do not share it with anyone, including AIA staff.
