Before you begin
- Ensure you have a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID).
- Prepare a clear selfie and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.) if required.
- Use your full legal name as it appears on your ID.
On Web
- Log in to aianalysis.exchange.
- Go to Account → Verification.
- Select Start KYC.
- Enter your personal information (full name, date of birth, address).
- Upload a photo of your ID document.
- Take a live selfie or upload a recent passport-style photo.
- Submit the form and wait for approval.
On Mobile App
- Open the AIA Exchange app.
- Tap your profile icon → Verification.
- Select Start KYC.
- Fill in your details and upload ID photos.
- Complete the selfie verification.
- Submit and await confirmation.
Processing time
Most verifications are processed within a few minutes, but it may take up to 24 hours during high volumes.
